Our First Goodbye is made by Sleep Spell. This page explains what information we collect on this website and how we use it. We keep it simple and collect as little as we can.

What we collect

Free guide sign-up: your first name and email address, so we can send you the free guide and a short series of gentle emails (one a day for five days). Our email service, MailerLite, stores this information for us.
Purchases: orders are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our reseller and merchant of record. Lemon Squeezy collects your payment and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never see or store your card details. We receive your name, email and order details so we can help with your order.

What we don't collect

This kit is for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect any information about children, and nothing in the kit asks you to share your child's details with us. We don't use advertising trackers on this site.

How we use your information

To send the free guide and the email series you asked for.
To deliver your purchase and answer your questions.

We don't sell or rent your information to anyone.

Your choices

Every email has an unsubscribe link. You can also email us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
